Criteria for Membership
- Be a woman
- Function as a Manager, Executive or Professional within your own business, a for-profit organization or a not-for-profit organization, and have one of the following:
- Decision-making or influence on policies, goals and strategies for the organization or business
- Accountability for achievement of part of all of the organization/business goals
Code of Conduct
At The Connected Woman® Association we believe in setting a positive example by holding ourselves accountable to the highest ethical standards.
We welcome members with diverse backgrounds and experiences which will undoubtedly infuse a great level of wisdom and intelligence to the organization. Each member is encouraged to express their opinions and knowledge which will be unique unto themselves. We ask that you appreciate and learn from one another's differences, opinions and beliefs.
- Mutual respect and professionalism will be maintained at all times.
- Members will participate at all The Connected Woman® Association events by sharing resources and expertise with fellow members.
- Members will not engage in oral, written or virtual spamming.
- All information shared and conversations held within a The Connected Woman® Association event shall remain confidential.
If, at any time we believe that the points outlined in the Code of Conduct have been compromised or violated, we reserve the right to terminate membership.
