TCWA exists because we are women on a mission to build the business we love, to make our dreams into realities AND surround ourselves with like-minded women.
We’re tired of conventional networking pitches, events filled with salespeople trying to sell other sales people and rooms filled with collectors and no connectors.
We want to build and belong to a tribe of women who “Get It”, who understand that being in business is not a walk in the park.
We want to connect, converse, collaborate and create awesomeness!
We are Connected Women!
Inspiration for The Connected Woman® Association started on the day one woman expressed her wish for a women’s organization focused on exchanging ideas and knowledge; on discovering how women could contribute to empowering other women to move ahead in their career and personal life; and engaging women so that she could learn from them.
This woman spoke about a vision of creating a community of connections to channel experience, expertise, influence and resources. From that vision, The Connected Woman® Association grew.
She started asking questions. She wanted to know what women wanted, what they expected and what they experienced. From these conversations, The Connected Woman® Association took shape.
She listened and created The Connected Woman® Association, a community for women to exchange ideas and knowledge, share experience and expertise; offer solutions and options.
If you want to go fast, go alone, if you want to go far, come with us so that we can all become wildly successful!

Welcome to a community of women who have moved from …”It’s all about me” to “It’s all about we”.
The Connected Woman® Association (TCWA) focuses on creating an environment where women can be women first. It is about community and relationships developed based on honesty, integrity and trust.
In addition to an online community for personal and professional growth, TCWA has a dynamic networking model that encourages women to go “Beyond the Business Card”® to build strong connections resulting in even stronger business alliances through local in-person events.
TCWA is a founding member of the WEB Alliance, A unique collaborative initiative of Women’s Business Networks to create change towards better business, stronger communities and an enhanced business culture for women. www.weballiance.ca
